New goals require more than new strategies, they require deeper awareness and understanding.
Women in tech often navigate complex internal and external pressures: imposter syndrome, visibility challenges, perfectionism, and unspoken expectations around leadership, confidence, and communication.
This workshop focuses on understanding the internal patterns that shape how women show up at work. How we lead, communicate, make decisions, and set boundaries, particularly in environments where credibility, visibility, and confidence are constantly tested.
Rather than starting with external behaviours, participants will explore what’s happening beneath the surface: the assumptions, motivations, and habits that influence everything from delegation and collaboration to confidence and credibility.
Through practical psychological frameworks, participants will gain insight into why leadership challenges show up differently for each person and how self-awareness becomes a powerful tool for sustainable growth, clarity, and confidence in tech careers.
Participants will:
Explore the internal drivers behind behaviour, confidence, and communication in tech environments
Learn practical models that support meaningful self-awareness and professional growth
Examine leadership challenges such as: delegation, decision-making, and assertive communication, through the lens of challenges women commonly experience in tech roles
Identify internal patterns that support or interfere with visibility, influence, and career progression
Set intentions for the year grounded in self-awareness rather than pressure, comparison, or unrealistic expectations often placed on women in tech
