About the Training:
This series of training sessions is designed for entry-level IT support professionals or anyone new to supporting Microsoft 365. Participants will gain practical skills for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving common client issues across SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
Sessions also include best practices for documenting issues, root causes, and resolutions to streamline future support. In addition, Power User sessions for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive will explore out-of-the-box features that help users work more efficiently, going beyond basic messaging, meetings, and file storage.
Training covers the following 1-hour sessions:
