Tech Mash-up: AI Governance, Risk Management, and Strategy

Tech Mash-up: AI Governance, Risk Management, and Strategy

AI is rapidly transforming industries, but with its adoption comes a range of risks that businesses must address to ensure safe and effective implementation. In this Tech Mash-up session, we will explore the key challenges and strategic considerations for organizations adopting AI technology.

Join us as we dive into three broad categories of risk associated with AI implementation:

  • Security Risk: Understanding vulnerabilities in AI systems that could lead to breaches or malicious manipulation.

  • Privacy Risk: Navigating the ethical and legal challenges related to data handling and compliance with privacy regulations.

  • Business Risk: Evaluating the operational and reputational risks associated with AI deployment, including potential bias and system failures.

In addition, we’ll cover:

  • High-Level Principles of AI Risk Management: How to identify, assess, and mitigate AI-related risks in alignment with your organization’s goals.

  • Best Practices for AI Governance and Strategy: Developing frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment.

This session is essential for anyone interested in learning how to successfully manage AI risks while crafting a governance and strategy plan that aligns with business objectives.
