As our Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our GrydPark and GrydDigital product suite. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from defining the roadmap to driving its execution, ensuring alignment with both business goals and customer needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—developers, designers, marketing, and executive leadership—you will lead the charge in delivering high-quality, innovative products that provide exceptional user experiences. This hands-on role requires you to wear multiple hats, combining strategic leadership with day-to-day management of product features, user feedback, and data-driven decisions. Your work will directly influence the growth, adoption, and continued improvement of our products, ensuring they stay competitive and deliver real value to our customers.

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, manage, and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with design, development, marketing, operations and other teams to deliver high-quality products. Collaborate effectively by clearly explaining the customer problem and why it matters, while balancing different perspectives to arrive at the best solution.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, using research, data, and feedback to inform product decisions and priorities.
Project Leadership: Define project requirements, metrics for success, and oversee development to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Empower your team to excel by providing clear guidance, managing dependencies, eliminating obstacles, and establishing efficient workflows.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance, user behavior, and market trends to guide strategic decisions and prioritization.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency around product goals.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
Feature Ownership: Manage the entire lifecycle of product features, from ideation to launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance to ensure high standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Experience with SaaS products and start-up environments, including both B2C and B2B perspectives is preferred
Experience in the real estate, property management or parking industry is considered an asset
Proven leadership in building and delivering complex software systems.
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration, working effectively with developers, designers, and other teams to align priorities and drive impact.
Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive product decisions and solve business problems.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
